Condition, Battery & Warranty

What do the condition grades mean?

Condition grades describe the cosmetic appearance of the product. Functionality is checked regardless of grade.

  • Premium: as close to new as possible.
  • Excellent: very light visible signs of use.
  • Very good / Good: more visible wear, fully functional.

How healthy is the battery?

Unless noted otherwise, smartphone batteries keep at least 85% of original capacity, while other products keep at least 80%. Premium devices may have higher thresholds.

Is warranty included?

Yes. Devices include seller warranty coverage, and some listings offer optional warranty extensions for longer protection.
